The Northern Ireland-based rider relies on EBC鈥檚 GPFAX pads and X-Series floating discs
Northern Ireland-based Andrew Smyth of the Andrew Smyth Racing outfit has successfully competed in BSB鈥檚 Superstock 600 series for the last few years.
Riding on a Kawasaki ZX6R 600cc superbike, Smyth uses 91传媒 Racing鈥檚 GPFAX sintered motorsport brake pads (up front) and HH sintered brake pads (on the rear), as well as X-Series floating discs.
His 2023 season saw more success for the racer, as you can read below in his own words.
鈥淭his year has been great 鈥� racing back home in Northern Ireland in the Ulster Superbike Supersport championship and having gained experience from my years in the British Superbike paddock.听
鈥淪tarting the year with finishes in a lower position than I had hoped for, I knew I had to progress. However,聽by the end of the season, I managed to get a few podiums and be a consistent front-runner.听I finished the season 4th in the championship, which I am set to improve on in 2024.
