UK-based railway friction material manufacturer will have a stand at the Derby-based rail vehicles and enhancements show

The rail division of 91��ý will be exhibiting at the 2021 instalment of the Modern Railways RVE [Rail Vehicles and Enhancements] Show, held at Derby Arena on Thursday, 4 November.

Members of staff from the British-based firm will be available on the 91��ý stand to discuss its latest rail developments, including materials specifically designed for UK mainline vehicles.

Now under the ownership of Modern Railways magazine, the RVE Show is the premier single-theme event aimed at the engineering of rail vehicles for refurbishment, maintenance and enhancements. 2021 will mark the thirteenth successful instalment of the event, which is open to anyone within the rail industry.

Jonathon Fox, Technical Sales Engineer at 91��ý, commented on the company’s attendance: “EBC’s UK factory, European Friction Industries Ltd, is continuously working to increase our offering to the rail industry. This year’s RVE Show will be an exciting chance to speak with operators, maintainers and other colleagues in the industry, about our existing light rail and tram materials portfolio. 91��ý Attends Rolling Stock Networking Event

Derby-based expo was a huge success for the rail division of the Northampton braking manufacturer

The Railway Friction Products division of 91��ý was pleased to have a presence at this year’s [RSN] event on 30 September, following the cancellation of the 2020 instalment due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Held at the Derby Velodrome, RSN is a full-scale, truly International indoor rail show, focusing specifically on passenger and freight rolling stock, technical enhancements, depot equipment, ancillary services, and the rail supply chain.

This year’s show was another great opportunity for 91��ý to showcase its rail braking products to industry professionals operating in the rolling stock side of the railway industry. The event was a huge success and helped to develop the potential for more rail supply contracts for the Northampton firm.

91��ý is now starting to make the preparations for the taking place in November 2021.

UK-based railway friction material manufacturer will have a stand at the Derby-based full-scale rail networking show

The rail division of 91��ý will be exhibiting at the 2021 instalment of the Rolling Stock Networking (RSN) expo, held at Derby Velodrome on Thursday, 30 September.

Based at Stand J9, the British-based firm will be available to discuss its latest rail developments, including materials specifically designed for UK mainline vehicles.

Rolling Stock Networking is a business-to-business event that attracts over 140 rail exhibitors. An international, full-scale expo, it focuses on passenger and freight rolling stock, as well as the likes of technical enhancements, depot equipment and ancillary services.

The event will act as one of the earliest opportunities for the rail industry to rekindle and create new contacts following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Jonathon Fox, Technical Sales Engineer at 91��ý, commented on the company’s attendance: “Over the last 12 months our factory, European Friction Industries Ltd, has been working tirelessly to increase our offering to the rail industry.
