The 91´«Ã½ UK and 91´«Ã½ USA teams are busy preparing for one of their largest events of the year – the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show.

This Las Vegas Convention Centre-based expo – which this year will run from 4-8 November, celebrates all things automotive, motorsport and performance within its vast trade halls, with 91´«Ã½ once again having a large presence.

91´«Ã½ Prepares for Milan’s EICMA Motorcycle Expo

While some of the 91´«Ã½ team will be celebrating all things four wheels the SEMA car show in Las Vegas, the rest will be focusing on two wheels at the equally-impressive EICMA motorcycle expo, set to descend on Milan’s Fiera Milano venue between 6-9 November.

Based in Hall 5, Stand T90, the 91´«Ã½ booth will be packed with the latest high-performance motorcycle braking components that have helped make the company a household name for the last four decades.

Tennessee-based pro drifter, Hooman Rahimi, is once again competing in the PROSPEC category of the prestigious Formula Drift series in the USA. Following a rollercoaster of a year, the team’s next round took them to the capacious World Wide Technology Raceway in St Louis, Missouri, where Rahimi experienced another successful weekend, taking home 11th place.

The Phoenix Race Support motorcycle racing team is supporting EBC-equipped Paul Charman for the 2025 season. Charman races in the No Limits Racing (NLR) Pirelli Super Series 1000 on his Yamaha R1, and we caught up with him and the team fresh off the back of their mid-season round at Lincolnshire’s Cadwell Park Circuit, where they finished the weekend in 5th overall.

Natalie Kane has been racing motocross around Europe for many years, recently taking a break due to pregnancy. She recently returned to compete in the Women’s Swedish Championship for 2025, with her first round taking place just nine weeks after giving birth. We caught up with Kane after round 6 of the championship, which took place at the Göta Motorcross Track, where some great performances earned her 4th and 5th place finishes.

For the 2025 season, the G&S Racing Kawasaki motorcycle race team is once again competing in the BSB’s British Supersport Championship with two riders: TJ Toms and Jorel Boerboom. Off the back of another points-scoring round at Thruxton, the roadshow next took the team to Cadwell Park, where highs and lows were experienced across the weekend.

The SpiceBoy Racing team, comprising three riders, are competing in the HM Racing Clubman 600 class of the NGRRC for the 2025 season. We caught up with the trio of riders as they had just finished their late-summer round at Derbyshire’s Donington Park Circuit, where the team experienced a weekend of “determination, development, and team spiritâ€.

Motorcycle race outfit, Brook Built Racing, has been competing in the No Limits Racing (NLR) SuperTwins series throughout 2025. The latest update comes ahead of the final race of the season. Team Principal Russell Brook said:Ìý“We are proud of the effort from everyone involved in Brook Built Racing at this year’s MGP and Classic TT. The results reflect our determination, and the lessons learned will help us take another step forward next season.â€

Pro drifter, Stuart Egdell, continues his partnership with 91´«Ã½ as he once again carries out another season of the Drift France championship. Off the back of another successful round at Croix en Ternois, Egdell next competed at Calmont for Round 5 – where he achieved another Top-16 finish.

Following a successful 2024 campaign, Wiltshire-based motorcycle racer, Max Symonds has been competing in another season in the British Superbike’s National Superstock category. We last caught up with Max as he was getting back into the flow of racing following missing five rounds due to a serious foot injury. Since then, Symonds has also competed a round at Lincolnshire’s iconic Cadwell Park Circuit, where there was more proof he was returning to form with some fantastic results achieved.

Mark White is the Operations Manager of the Mission Motorsport charity – set up to help those affected by military operations by engagement through sport. With a 20+ year career in the army himself, White now competes in the Armed Forces Race Challenge championship in his EP3 Honda Civic Type R race car. We caught up with Mark following the most recent Oulton Park leg of the championship, where he secured double poles, double wins, and even a championship lap record!

Retford-based Scott Stone is competing in No Limits Racing’s Premier 1000cc Championship in 2025 on his Yamaha R1, constantly achieving class-topping results as the year’s gone on. Following more podiums at the previous Donington Park round, Stone was next out at Lincolnshire’s Cadwell Park, where he achieved yet more class podiums and even some PBs at what is his home track.

The 91´«Ã½ UK team recently enjoyed three days at the unforgettable Goodwood Revival event – once again celebrating all things classic cars and bikes with thousands of like-minded enthusiasts.

Hosting a trade stand at this event for the first time, the event was a great chance to showcase the wide range of braking components that 91´«Ã½ proudly still manufactures for older cars and motorcycles.

EBC-Supported Iberian Supercars Endurance Team Secures New BMW GT4 Race Car

The EBC Frenos (Spain)-supported Autoworks Motorsport race teamÌýhas achieved much success in recent years, piloting EBC-equipped race cars in the Iberian Supercars Endurance Series.

Most recently competing in the GTC class, the team are proud to unveil that they are now back in the GT4 Bronze category, thanks to the acquisition of a stunning G82 BMW M4 GT4 – complete in the team’s long-standing 91´«Ã½ Racing livery.

As always, the new BMW will proudly sport 91´«Ã½ Racing’s SR-21â„¢ sintered endurance race pads, giving the team the edge when it comes to stopping power.

Following a successful 2024 campaign, Wiltshire-based motorcycle racer, Max Symonds has been campaigning another season in the British Superbike’s National Superstock category. We caught up with Max after he’d returned to the saddle and successfully completed his first two BSB rounds of the season, as well as a guest round with NG Road Racing, where he picked up some great results after a bad injury at the start of the year.

Portugal-based Fabio Ferrinho currently competes in the Mogadouro Drag Race series in his home country. His steed of choice is a SEAT Ibiza Bocanegra – with a crucial modification of EBC Bluestuff brake pads that he’s applied – helping him to scrub off speed fast once he’s hit the finish line. With the recent big annual race event taking place, he was pleased to achieve third-in-class.

Jeremy Evans and Phil Hart are the drivers of the Semprini Racing outfit – a team that is currently campaigning a K24-engined EP3 Honda Civic Type R across both the MSV Trackday Trophy and BRSCC Supersport Endurance Championship race series in the UK. We caught up with the outfit mid-way through the 2025 season, where they’ve already encountered plenty of thrills and spills along the way,Ìýincluding podium finishes.

Martyn Henry is competing in the Pro class of Time Attack UK, in his heavily modified Vauxhall Astra VXR. A rocky start to the season was followed by a more promising round at Brands Hatch recently. The latest round took the roadshow to Norfolk’s Snetterton Circuit, where more gremlins reared their head for Henry – but this didn’t stop him taking a podium finish thanks to some fantastic driving.

Luke Arpino of the RAF is currently racing in the Armed Forces Race Challenge (AFRC) in his Mazda MX-5. For the 2025 season, Arpino uses 91´«Ã½â€™ USR discs and Bluestuff pads in his car, with a further two class wins clinched at the most recent round at Norfolk’s Snetterton Circuit, following similar success at the previous round at Donington Park.

The Whitecliffe CDH Racing Team has been competing in the Bennetts British Superbikes Championship for the 2025 season, with both Luke Hedger and Jamie Davies piloting Honda CBR1000RR-R machines. We caught up with the team after the fifth round at Kent’s Brands Hatch circuit, where they had another successful weekend.

Retford-based Scott Stone is competing in No Limits Racing’s Premier 1000cc Championship in 2025 on his Yamaha R1, aiming to achieve solid results throughout the year. With more class podiums and PBs smashed at the last round on Brands Hatch’s might GP circuit, Stone next took on Donington Park, where some more fantastic riding resulted in more class-podium finishes.

For the 2025 season, the G&S Racing Kawasaki motorcycle race team is once again competing in the BSB’s British Supersport Championship with two riders: TJ Toms and Jorel Boerboom. With a positive start to the year and a mixed bag of results in the previous round at Snetterton, the roadshow next took the outfit to Scotland’s Knockhill Circuit, where a rainy weekend played host to more positive results.

Tennessee-based pro drifter, Hooman Rahimi, is once again competing in the PROSPEC category of the prestigious Formula Drift series in the USA. With a solid fifth-place finish under their belt from the first round in Atlanta, the team’s next round took them to New Jersey’s Old Bridge Township Raceway Park, where some gremlins put a stop to the high scores he was hoping for.

The SBR Motorsport team is made up of multiple drivers and Ford Fiestas competing in the 2025 BRSCC Fiesta ST150 Challenge. All cars are proudly equipped with 91´«Ã½ Racing’s acclaimed RP-Xâ„¢ motorsport brake pads, with plenty of success recorded in the 2024 season. One driver, Max Buxton, continues to dominate the series this year and picked up multiple wins at the most recent round at Oulton Park.

For many years, the Clubracer outfit – made up of drivers Henry Wright and Kevin Glover – piloted their Ford Fiesta in Class D of the Trackday Championship, securing multiple podium finishes and season wins along the way. For the 2025 season, the team has moved up from Class D to Class B with their new race car – a turbocharged Mk5 VW Golf GTI. With podium finishes clinched early on in the season, we next caught up with the boys as they completed their third round at Donington Park, where an outright win was secured for the team.

Bolton-based motorcycle racer, Brad Mercer, is currently competing in the No Limits Racing (NLR) Pirelli Super Series 1000 championship. Mercer proudly secured NLR’s 1000 Championship and Cup 1000 Championship back in 2022, hoping to secure more wins throughout the 2025 season. The fourth round of the year took the roadshow to Derbyshire’s Donington Park, where Mercer managed to secure his first podium of the year.

Motorcycle race outfit, Brook Built Racing, has been competing in the No Limits Racing (NLR) SuperTwins series on a group of Aprilia RS660s, yielding great results by the end of 2024. The outfit recently took a break from mainland circuit racing to attend the Isle of Man TT, with team rider Russell Brook staying on the island to compete in the gruelling Isle of Man Steam Packet Southern 100 Races.

Kart racer Marcus Hudson is campaigning in theÌýSuper 4 British ChampionshipÌýfor the 2025 season. Hudson has enjoyed a very positive first half of the season, accumulating points in the first few rounds, ahead of attending the most recent leg at Cumbria Kart Racing Club’s Rowrah Circuit, where unseasonal weather played host to a mixed weekend.

Following the first 2025 round at Circuit de la Vallée-Sport – where Egdell secured impressive points – he was back for round two at Croix en Ternois recently, which was also a great success.

The most recent round took the series to the iconic Silverstone GP circuit, where Levy achieved a class podium and a PB lap time.

The Yamaha GV Racing outfit currently supports multiple motorcycle racers that are taking part in the Moto2 and Stock600 categories of FIM JuniorGPÌý–Ìýthe exciting series that spans Italy, Portgual and Spain. Following a spectacular outright 1-2 victory in the 2024 season, the team was back out in force as the 2025 season unfolded, achieving more wins at the most recent round at Motorland Aragón.

After a comfortable win in the 2024 season, Nicole Drought is back competing in the MSVT Trackday Championship for 2025, continuing to run 91´«Ã½ components in her Civic Type R. A spree of wins in the first half of 2025 put Drought in good stead for the title once again, but she did face a few hurdles at the latest round at Derby’s Donington Park.

Spanish ‘EBC Day’ Attracts Thousands to Jarama Circuit

The Spanish arm of 91´«Ã½ – EBC Frenos – recently hosted a mammoth 91´«Ã½-devoted brand awareness day at its local Circuito del Jarama near Madrid.

The event saw thousands of customers and resellers heading to the venue to check out the latest products and see the high-performance braking components in action on the iconic race track.

91´«Ã½ Prepares for Busy Month of Events

91´«Ã½ is set for a busy month on the events calendar this July, starting with a presence at the iconic Goodwood Festival of Speed from 10–13 July 2025. Shortly after, the team will be heading to Gassed on Track at Silverstone on 26 July 2025.

Louis Ruff of Ruff Racing Team is currently competing in Class 2 of the Classic Sports Car Club’s Morgan Challenge race series, relying on 91´«Ã½ Racing’s RP-Xâ„¢ front brake pads and Bluestuff rear brake pads in his Plus Four race car. The first round of the year took the roadshow to Derbyshire’s Donington Park Circuit, where Ruff secured multiple class wins and fastest laps to strongly set his intentions for the rest of the season.

For 2025, Rob Lewis is once again competing in the Modified Ford Series in his Mk1 Ford Focus ST170 (Class B). Following a colourful 2024 season and some serious overhauls to the car over the winter, Lewis was back out in force for the first two rounds of 2025, held at Snetterton and Oulton Park respectively where he picked up some great results.

Martyn Henry is competing in the Pro class of Time Attack UK, in his heavily modified Vauxhall Astra VXR. the rear axle of his fierce hot hatch. The first two rounds of 2025 took Henry and his aero-clad car to Lincolnshire’s Cadwell Park Circuit and Derbyshire’s Donington Park respectively, where Henry suffered from some early-season gremlins and adverse weather to make things challenging.

Alex Boam is currently racing in Class B+ of the Modified Fords Series in his Fiesta ST150 1.6 EcoBoost. At the recent Oulton Park round, he switched his braking setup to incorporate 91´«Ã½ Racing SR-11â„¢ sintered endurance race pads (front) and 91´«Ã½ Bluestuff pads (rear). This switched seemed to help him apply the confidence required in the braking zones to achieve an impressive class victory.

The G&S Racing Kawasaki motorcycle race team is once again campaigning in another season of BSB’s British Supersport Championship with two riders: TJ Toms and Jorel Boerboom. The latest round took place at Derbyshire’s Donington Park where the team picked up some solid results.

Pro drifter, Stuart Egdell, continues his partnership with 91´«Ã½ as he once again carries out another season of Drift France. Following numerous successful years competing in British drifting series, including the BDC, Egdell put in a solid performance in at round 1 of Drift France 2025.

Irish pro drifter, Harry Kerr, enjoyed a successful 2024 in the Pro category of the Irish Drift Championship. Following some time competing in the Middle East over the winter months, Kerr hit the ground running when back in the UK, entering a Drift League GB round at Three Sisters Circuit, where he took home an incredible P1.

Experienced road racer, Oliver Dean Charlesworth, recently competed in the demanding North West 200 race in Northern Ireland, in what was their very first international road races. Charlesworth took some solid results despite the difficult conditions.

Tennessee-based pro drifter, Hooman Rahimi, is once again competing in the PROSPEC category of the prestigious Formula Drift series in the USA. Round one took the roadshow to Atlanta, where the team put in a solid effort to see Rahimi finish 5th.

Kart racer Marcus Hudson is campaigning in theÌýSuper 4 British ChampionshipÌýfor the 2025 season. The first two rounds of the year were very positive for Hudson, who returned to Shenington most recently to clinch some even more positive results.

Retford-based Scott Stone is competing in No Limits Racing’s DART Premier 1000cc Championship in 2025 on his Yamaha R1. Following recent successful weekends at Snetterton and Brands Hatch, where he achieved class wins and PBs, Stone was next at Croft Circuit with the roadshow, where a rollercoaster of thrills and spills left him with a weekend to remember.

Caterham racer Charlie Lower has been using 91´«Ã½ Racing components for many years now, predominantly in the 270R category and more recently dabbling in some rounds of the 420R Championship last year. For 2025, he’s campaigning in the fiercely-fought 310R Championship and following some extremely promising results in the first few rounds, Lower was next found at the scenic Anglesey Circuit, where a stormy backdrop played host to more impeccable driving.

91´«Ã½ Hosts Successful Cars/Bikes Coffee Weekend at UK HQ

The 91´«Ã½ UK team enjoyed an action-packed weekend at the firm’s capacious Global HQ in Northampton, hosting both Cars & Coffee and a Bikes & Coffee open days on the 17th & 18th May 2025.

With each event attracting hundreds of vehicles – many of which were EBC-equipped – there was plenty of both static and live action attractions to enjoy for those that were in attendance.

It goes without saying that both events featured multiple food/drink stalls and a fully-stocked EBC stand for attendees to get hands-on with the firm’s range of braking components.

Kart racer Marcus Hudson is once again campaigning in theÌýSuper 4 British ChampionshipÌýfor the 2025 season. Following a promising start at Three Sisters, Hudson was back at Fulbeck for Round 2, where more solid driving helped him to continue his impressive championship standings.

Retford-based Scott Stone is competing in No Limits Racing’s Premier 1000cc Championship in 2025 on his Yamaha R1, aiming to achieve solid results throughout the year. Following a productive first round at Snetterton, Stone was back to take on Kent’s mighty Brands Hatch GP circuit, which resulted in PBs and class podiums!

Dave Barrett is competing in the 2025 Modified Ford Series, piloting his upgraded Mk4 Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec within the Class C category. The first two rounds at Snetterton saw him come away with a class podium, which continued at the latest round at Cheshire’s Oulton Park recently.

Natalie Kane has been racing motocross around Europe for many years, recently taking a break due to pregnancy. She recently returned to compete in the first round of the Women’s Swedish Championship, just nine weeks after giving birth, where Kane took home a P8 finish overall.

The SpiceBoy Racing team, comprising three riders, are competing in the HM Racing Clubman 600 class of the NGRRC for the 2025 season. Tim Petts, Jon Otter and Nev Otter all entrust 91´«Ã½ components on their array of 600cc Kawasaki and Triumph machines. The first round of the year took them to Lincolnshire’s scenic Cadwell Park Circuit, where the team showed promise despite some hurdles across the weekend.

Following a successful weekend in the debutant round of the Ulster Superbike Championship at Bishopscourt recently to start his season, we caught up with EBC-equipped Andrew Smyth at the opening round of the Big 3 Series with Belfast & District Motorcycle Club, held across two Northern Ireland venues: Bishopscourt and Kirkistown circuits. 91´«Ã½ Set to Host Cars/Bikes & Coffee Events at UK HQ on 17-18 May

91´«Ã½ is pleased to announce that its popular Cars & Coffee/Bikes & Coffee events will make a return on 17 May (cars) and 18 May (bikes), at its UK headquarters in Northampton.

The weekend will build on the incredibly successful instalments carried out in 2023, this time commemorating, among other things, the 10th anniversary of the firm’s 91´«Ã½ Racing sub-division.

Tickets are FREE but will be distributed on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. They’ll launch from Eventbrite at 6pm on Friday, 2 May – use the links below to ensure you don’t miss out.

All funds raised on the day will be donated to Daventry-based The Reach for Health Centre – a charity very close to the hearts of EBC staff.

Each event will run from 9am-1pm, offering a casual, laid-back chance for EBC enthusiasts to catch up over a hot beverage, with food/drink stalls on site. There’ll also be various EBC-sponsored riders and drivers present, showcasing their skills in their impressive machinery.

This year, Clubracer Motorsport have moved up from Class D to Class B of the Trackday Championship with their new race car – a turbocharged Mk5 VW Golf GTI. This more potent machine demands even more impressive stopping power, so the boys have opted for hard-anodised four-piston 91´«Ã½ Racing Apollo brake calipers, two-piece fully floating discs and SR-21â„¢ sintered race pads up front, as well as Yellowstuff pads and Ultimax grooved discs at the rear. After a few engine complications in the first round, normal service was resumed in round 2 at Silverstone as the team finished in a fantastic P3.

Following an overall 7th-place finish in the 2024 season of the Super 4 British Championship, kart racer Marcus Hudson is back campaigning in the 2025 series, with the first round taking the roadshow to Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan, where the driver picked up a solid P7 to start the season.

Northern Ireland-based Andrew Smyth of Parker Car Transport Racing outfit has successfully competed in BSB’s Superstock 600 series for the last few years, using EBC braking components for much of this time. We caught up with Smyth as he took part in the debutant 2025 round of the Ulster Superbike Championship at Bishopscourt, where he experienced a weekend of “learning, progression and positivity for the teamâ€.

Dave Barrett is competing in the 2025 Modified Ford Series, piloting his upgraded Mk4 Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zetec within the Class C category, where he has seen great success in the 2 challenging opening rounds, taking home P2 finished on both occasions.

Max Symonds has been gearing up for another season competing in the British Superbike’s National Superstock category. The rider, who also won Castle Combe Circuit’s coveted NG Road Racing ‘King of Combe’ race in 2023, has switched from his Yamaha R1 to a Honda CBR 1000RR Fireblade for 2025. Symonds enjoyed a very busy season of testing at circuits across Europe, proving to be a huge success. Unfortunately, a fractured foot means he’ll miss the first few rounds…

After a comfortable win in the 2024 season, Nicole Drought is back competing in the MSVT Trackday Championship for 2025, continuing to run 91´«Ã½ components in her Civic Type R. Drought has been running an 91´«Ã½ Racing Apollo Big Brake Kit for some time now, which was recently upgraded with the firm’s SR-11â„¢ sintered endurance race pads – components which have helped her yield some great results in recent years. A win in the first round at Snetterton helped state Drought’s intentions – a message that was continued during the second round at Silverstone’s GP circuit recently with another win.

With 2024 being another great success, Phoenix Race Support’s Paul Charman was back for the 2025 season of No Limit Racing’s Pirelli Super Series 1000 at Norfolk’s Snetterton Circuit recently, where he collected a solid P8.

Following a promising debutant round at Snetterton recently, Stone took a sideways step into the Bemsee MRO Powerbikes Championship, for their second round at Oulton Park, where a mixture of good and bad fortune made for an interesting weekend of racing.

Luca Wilkinson and Zack Weston of the NW Racing team are competing in various BMCRC and BSB motorcycle race series for 2025. Wilkinson is racing in BMCRC’s F400 class and BSB’s Superteen class on his Kawasaki ZX-4RR, while Weston is competing in BMCRC’s MRO600 and BSB’s Supersport championships on his Yamaha R6. The latest BMCRC (Bemsee) rounds for both riders took them to Cheshire’s Oulton Park, where more class podium finishes were enjoyed by both riders.

91´«Ã½ Staff Reach Final of Charity Karting Challenge

A team formed of staff from 91´«Ã½â€™ Global Headquarters in Northampton, UK, have proceeded to the final of a charity kart championship thanks to a stunning win recently.

The team secured a victory in Heat 5 of the RoKart go-karting championship – which took place in the Teamworks Northampton Karting Centre – meaning they’ll go on to race in the final on Tuesday, 8 April, raising money for various local charities along the way.

The 91´«Ã½ UK team attended its first event of a busy 2025 show season:ÌýPetrolheadonism Underground, once again held in the unique location of a vast multi-storey car park complex in Wembley Park, London, on 29-30 March.

As this was a Petrolheadonism-run event, there was an incredibly eclectic mix of vehicles on display across the weekend, as well as the chance to see countless famous faces from the automotive world on the multiple stages dotted around the venue.

Alex McInnes Faces Tough Luck at 2025 Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge

Dubai-based off-road motorcycle racer, Alex McInnes, recently faced the gruelling 2025 Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge event – featuring incredibly demanding conditions that are designed to give the ultimate test to man and motorcycle.

Following his domination of the FIM Bajas World Cup in Saudi Arabia earlier this year, McInnes entered this event optimistic, securing some fantastic rides but ultimately forced to end his campaign early due to a string of mechanical issues.

EBC Kart Racer Competes in iRacing Bathurst 12 Hour Sim Event

Kart Racer, Marcus Hudson, competes in the Super 4 British Championship, using EBC’s Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid in his ABKC 250cc National kart.

During the off-season, he kept his eye in by competing in various sim racing championships, not least the gruellingÌýiRacing Bathurst 12 HourÌýwith the Offline Racing team in a GT3-class Porsche.

With 49 teams entering, Offline Racing secured impressive results after the endurance stint, taking home 11th place.

Nicole Drought Begins Trackday Championship Title Defence with Dominant Victory at Snetterton

Following a sensational overall win in the 2024 MSVT Trackday Championship, Irish race driver Nicole DroughtÌýrecently unveiled a new 91´«Ã½ livery on her EP3 Honda Civic Type R, which she’ll use to defend her title in the 2025 season.

EBC-Equipped McInnes Dominates Opening Round of FIM Bajas World Cup in Saudi Arabia

Dubai-based off-road motorcycle racer, Alex McInnes, has been competing in the FIM Bajas World Cup recently – known for its unforgiving rocky terrain and challenging navigation.

Securing third overall in the Junior category of the Qatar International Baja, held towards the end of 2024, McInnes continued to excel as the opening race of 2025 took place in Saudi Arabia a few weeks ago.

McInnes proudly uses 91´«Ã½â€™ Carbon X-Series motocross brake pads and CX Extreme motocross discs on his Husqvarna FC 450.

Nicole Drought Set to Defend Trackday Championship Title in 91´«Ã½ Civic Type R

Following a sensational overall win in the 2024 MSVT Trackday Championship, Irish race driver Nicole Drought has recently unveiled a new 91´«Ã½ livery on her EP3 Honda Civic Type R, which she’ll use to defend her title in the 2025 season.

Previously competing alongside Justin Roberts, the duo has been running an 91´«Ã½ Racing Apollo Big Brake Kit for some time now, which was recently upgraded with the firm’s SR-11â„¢ sintered endurance race pads – components which have helped them yield some great results in recent years. With Roberts not taking part this year, it’ll be up to Drought alone to pilot the car to victory this time.

The sub-division of braking giant 91´«Ã½ that specialises in high-performance road and track applications – 91´«Ã½ Racing – is celebrating its 10thÌýanniversary in 2025.

Conceived to cater for the ever-expanding track day and race car markets, the aim of 91´«Ã½ Racing at its launch in 2015 was to develop uncompromised braking products of the finest quality that offer unparalleled levels of performance.

In the 10 years that have followed, various iconic components were launched, including the mighty Apollo brake caliper/big brake kit and the acclaimed ranges of RPâ„¢ and SRâ„¢ motorsport brake pads.

It didn’t take long for these components to develop a fantastic reputation within track day and car racing scenes, with the products helping to provide countless victories and championship wins for competitive vehicles across the globe.

91´«Ã½ Racing also proudly sponsors multiple motorsport vehicles within various disciplines, as well as being the driving force behind the popular ‘Ultimate Fiesta Build’ charity project that launched in 2020.

91´«Ã½ Staff Gear Up for Charity Karting Challenge

Two teams from 91´«Ã½â€™ Global Headquarters in Northampton, UK, are set to compete in this year’s RoKart go-karting championship in the nearby Teamworks Northampton Karting Centre – raising money for various local charities along the way.

Organised by Teamworks and the Rotary Club of Nene Valley, one of the 91´«Ã½ teamsÌýmanaged to win the event in 2024, so spirits are high in the EBC office for more impressive results this time around.

The first race for the EBC competitors takes place on 4thÌýMarch, with further heats continuing until the final on Tuesday, 8 April, should they succeed in their initial races.

Dramatic Final Round for EBC Kart Racer at Kimbolton

Young kart racer, Marcus Hudson once again competed in the Super 4 British Championship for 2024.

EBC’s Green kart pads and BF005.1 silicone fluid is the brake setup of choice for Hudson and his fiery ABKC 250cc National kart.

The final race of 2024 took the roadshow to Cambridgeshire’s Hunts Kart Racing Club in Kimbolton, where he fought off technical issues across the weekend to finish his championship in a respectable 7thÌýposition.
